Delete your account

In the app (fastest): Settings, then Delete account, then Delete. Everything is removed right away.

Without the app: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and your display name, or the approximate date and place of a log you made so we can find your account. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

Your logs and saved spots, crews you started and your crew memberships, your profile name and photo, alert settings, your Sign in with Apple link, and your device keys.

What's kept

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can't be traced back to you may remain. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google; cancel a subscription in their settings.
